Platform and structure for wind turbine hub assembly line
Client request: Need to equip a wind turbine hub assembly unit with an access allowing operators to work in complete safety.
FORTAL solution: The challenge for FORTAL was to create a multi-level access with a hexagonal platform on the top. The structure (7 meters height) allows operators to access on the working platform. Its safety is ensured thanks to peripheral guardrails, baseboards, and safety gate. Plug and connection of compressed air were added. The whole is perfectly adapted with the existing elements.
