Mobile platform for sweepers roof access
Customer request: Equipping a communal maintenance center with an access to access on the sweepers roof.
FORTAL Solution: Design and manufacture of a height adjustable aluminum platform by hydraulic jacks driven by an electric pump. Access to the roof by a variable-angle staircase with anti-slip grating steps and ramps. At the top of the platform, the deployment of the guardrail allows the security of the operators once on the roof. The foldable guardrail slides sideways and the lower part is adjustable in height to fit closer to the vehicle. Operator safety is ensured by peripheral guardrails and foldable guardrails, baseboards and anti-slip grating coating. Rubber protections on the sweeper side protect the vehicle.
