Mobile platform for access cold unit on utility vehicle
Customer request: Equip an industrial coachbuilder with an access to safely maintenance on the cold unit of utility vehicles.
FORTAL Solution: Design and manufacture of a mobile platform for cold unit access on the roof of different vehicle models. Aluminium access with steel frame. The access is adjustable in height by electric jacks. Access to the platform thanks to side ladders via the hatches. Operator safety is ensured by the peripheral guardrails on the platform. Four swivel wheels with brakes facilitate movement and four immobilization crank to ensure stabilization during use.
