Evacuation staircases in hydroelectric power station
Client request: Need to equip a hydroelectric power station with a evacuation access.
FORTAL solution: Design and manufacture of a 25 meters hight aluminum staircase. The structure is composed of 11 staircases and 9 landing platforms. The galvanised steel brackets can be adjustable to fit rounded concrete wall. Peripheral guardrails ensure operators safety. The aluminum lightness is a real asset during the structure installation which required several weeks of work.
