Mobile and modular platform for access to buses roofs

Customer request: Allow secure, ergonomic, and continuous access to buses roofs to carry out maintenance operations, while taking into account the differences in vehicle size and the constraints of the workshop environment. FORTAL Solution: Design and manufacture of a mobile and modular platform, forming continuous access to buses roofs. Its extruded aluminum structure, lightweight and resistant to corrosion, guarantees excellent durability in indoor environments and limits maintenance needs. The whole is mounted on Ø200 mm wheels with brakes, for quick installation and perfect stability during interventions. The stairs offer ergonomic and secure access, with non-slip steps, side rails, and a safety gate at the top. Fixed and removable guardrails, easily identifiable, protect operators throughout the operations. The passage areas under the platforms allow for maintaining workflow around the vehicles. Thanks to its demountable design and quick-connection system, this solution optimizes working conditions, adapts to different bus models, and integrates easily into its environment.
