Facade scaffoldings

FORTAL scaffolding facilitates access to the facades to carry out all types of safety work. FORTAL has developed suitable solutions for greater safety, ergonomics and time saving. Each scaffolding is designed to meet the specific requirements of each trade (roofer, plasterer, mason, painter, etc). All components (scaffolding decks, arch frames, MDS safety rail, access staircases, etc) are designed to perfectly meet your needs. Discover a panoramic view of our different components.

FORTEC 650 and 800 steel and mixed aluminum scaffoldings

FORTEC scaffoldings are a benchmark reference for performing all facade work in perfect safety. It is easy to erect due to the limited number of component parts and the use of MDS guardrails (Safe Mounting and Dismantling). A rosette welded every 500 mm on the frames and standards means that simply by slotting in the component parts, multidirectional links can be set up, work surfaces can be set in place and ,the scaffolding can be provided with the ideal geometry for each worksite. The one-piece frame and guardrail system allows the user to erect the scaffolding quickly and safely. FORTEC scaffolding is highly efficient and extendable and is compatible with a whole range of accessories: aluminum-plywood boards, one-piece aluminum staircase, adjustable jack feet etc. for an extremely robust, versatile unit.

Advantages:

  • The best compromise between steel and aluminum
  • The main component part of the scaffolding, the frame, is made of aluminum
  • Great savings in terms of price
  • Transport costs reduced

FORTALU 750 steel and mixed / aluminum scaffolding

saving in weight of 30 to 40 % compared to steel, while preserving the same robustness. Aluminum offers an array of advantages: it is lightweight making erection and dismantling easier, leading to less fatigue and greater safety for the erecting team and therefore fostering better health conditions. And as the scaffolding is lighter, transport costs are also reduced. Furthermore, the aluminum alloys of the 5000 and 6000 series used by FORTAL are particularly resistant and recommended in saline environments. They are highly resistant to weather conditions and are maintenance free. Aluminum is an ecological choice as it can be recycled more or less endlessly. FORTALU Mixed is the ideal compromise between profitability and weight.

Advantages:

  • The best compromise between steel and aluminum
  • The main component part of the scaffolding, the frame, is made of aluminum
  • Great savings in terms of price
  • Transport costs reduced
